About Kristina
I am a certified Pilates Instructor and Performance Coach with a focus on thoughtful, individualized work.
My approach blends precision, strength, and care — supporting clients who want to move well, feel capable, and train in a way that holds up over time. Each session is guided by the person in front of me, with attention to detail, adaptability, and long-term progress.
I work across performance and recovery, with particular expertise in postpartum rehabilitation and Diastasis Recti healing, as well as supporting clients navigating chronic pain, recurring injury, or a return to movement they once thought was no longer possible.
I am also a certified health coach, supporting clients with nutrition, habits, and day-to-day wellness as a part of a sustainable approach to movement and health.
My work is built to support strength that lasts — physically, mentally, and over time.
